Teams at Fuller Theological Seminary

Manages the two-year Comunidades Sanadoras initiative, coordinating participant and mentor recruitment, cohort gatherings, site visits, online learning, mini-grants, records, budgets, timelines, assessments, and funder reporting. The role serves as the primary contact for pastors, families, mentors, and partner organizations, supports in-person facilitation, and requires culturally sensitive, bilingual communication with occasional local travel and evening or weekend commitments.

Supports theology and related courses by preparing Canvas course shells, assisting with grading, providing student feedback, attending lectures when requested, maintaining course records, and facilitating faculty-student communication. The role requires successful completion of the relevant course or related Fuller coursework, master’s-level study in theology, intercultural studies, or psychology, Canvas LMS experience, and strong time and task management skills.

Provides executive assistance and operational support to leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, travel, reimbursements, contracts, and hospitality coordination. Maintains enterprise HubSpot data, users, permissions, standards, and training materials. Handles financial reclassifications, payments, reporting, and fund-development support while coordinating multiple projects, documentation, templates, and workflows across a remote team.
