Prepare complex U.S. individual and corporate tax returns, review simpler returns, provide technical support and tax research, manage workloads, deadlines, dockets and client relationships, and communicate with team members, clients, and advisors while supporting team development and quality control.

Lead Canadian tax planning, compliance, and advisory for private companies and high-net-worth clients. Manage complex engagements, review returns, advise on reorganizations and cross-border matters, mentor tax staff, support business development, and collaborate with assurance and advisory teams.

Perform assurance engagement tasks under supervision, review client files, assist in preparing financial statements and corporate tax returns, identify accounting issues, research client businesses, and communicate proactively with clients while supporting Managers and Partners.

Work on audit and review engagements with Senior Associates and Managers: perform assurance procedures, review client files, prepare financial statements and corporate tax returns, research accounting issues, develop audit skills, and communicate proactively with clients under supervision.

Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements; supervise and train assurance staff; review planning and working papers; manage engagement budgets and deadlines; prepare cash-flow analyses; review complex tax returns; ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards and clear partner and quality-control notes.
