Manages full-cycle recruiting for fulfillment center positions, including union hourly, non-exempt, exempt, supervisory, and director roles. Oversees candidate screening, offers, background checks, hiring events, seasonal staffing, internships, orientations, I-9 processes, and onboarding. Provides on-site associate support, employee relations assistance, engagement activities, and HR process oversight. Coordinates delegated work, maintains records, supports compliance, and partners with Operations and HR leadership across fulfillment centers.

Leads seasonal fashion design vision across women’s wear categories, including concepts, color, prints, materials, product development, fittings, and executive presentations. Guides the CAD team, manages seasonal priorities, and collaborates with merchandising, sourcing, marketing, and leadership. Creates product storyboards, digital marketing assets, and AI-assisted creative content for e-commerce and social media while maintaining brand standards.

Manages e-commerce site and channel performance to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and online revenue. Oversees paid marketing agency relationships, email and SMS strategies, creative briefs, site merchandising, usability improvements, business planning, and performance reporting. Partners with merchandising, planning, technology, and creative teams to optimize digital experiences, define functionality requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and identify marketplace opportunities and risks.
