Lead Fullbay Payments product strategy and roadmap, owning KPIs like payment volume, activation, attach rate, and monetization. Translate strategy into requirements and outcomes, manage integrations with partners (e.g., Stripe), reduce workflow friction across AR/AP, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations. Support go-to-market, conduct discovery and user research, prioritize work that moves KPIs, and enable adoption of payment methods and adjacent fintech products.

Support design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web, API, and mobile apps. Execute manual and automated testing, validate APIs, document defects and results, participate in CI/CD test workflows, and review AI-generated code under guidance.

Drive net-new pipeline via high-volume outbound (cold calls, email, social) into mid-market and enterprise heavy-duty repair shops. Book qualified meetings, hit activity and SQL targets, research and personalize outreach, manage cadences in Salesforce, qualify leads for AEs, iterate on talk tracks, and continuously improve via coaching and data.
