Design, build, and maintain observability infrastructure, developer tooling, and AI-assisted anomaly detection across a 100% AWS microservices platform. Define instrumentation standards, Terraform modules, SLIs/SLOs, and FinOps dashboards; integrate observability into the internal developer platform and drive operational readiness and cost visibility for engineering teams.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests; create test plans; maintain automation; track and resolve defects; validate releases and production; perform API and data validation; support test environments; collaborate with Product and Development; and grow technical QA and automation skills through mentorship.
