Fullbay Benefits Overview

Handle high volume inbound customer calls, troubleshoot account issues, generate sales leads, meet sales and call quotas, document interactions, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction following company procedures.

Owns Fullbay’s Salesforce platform across administration, configuration, development, integrations, architecture, and technical strategy. Develops Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations with systems including QuickBooks, Stripe, and Nue CPQ. Resolves production issues, manages deployments, gathers requirements, documents solutions, ensures scalable and maintainable architecture, and partners with business stakeholders. The role also evaluates Salesforce AI capabilities and leads continuous platform improvements.

Owns the strategy, administration, optimization, integrations, adoption, and analytics of Fullbay’s go-to-market technology stack. Manages Salesforce and connected sales, scheduling, conversation intelligence, and content tools; governs data quality; leads intake, testing, troubleshooting, vendor evaluation, and change management. Partners with cross-functional leadership to improve routing, activity capture, automation, and tool adoption while piloting AI capabilities with appropriate privacy and quality controls.
