Provides advanced technical expertise for highly specialized applications and operational environments. Responsibilities include complex systems analysis, design, integration, implementation guidance, documentation, testing, planning, and presentations. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle database development, PL/SQL, OEM, Linux, Jira, Bitbucket, and SQL Developer, along with an active Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance and potential CI polygraph eligibility.

Develops, tests, debugs, integrates, and enhances software applications. Responsibilities include resolving software issues, addressing customer feedback, implementing security lockdowns, integrating standard packages, automating patching and deployments, documenting solutions, and providing training. The role requires extensive experience with Java, C, C#, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, React, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, and PostgreSQL in a cleared environment.

Lead network projects, coordinate technical staff, and manage network operations, maintenance, upgrades, and deliverables. Design, build, configure, secure, test, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual networking devices, firewalls, Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure. Conduct network analysis and reverse engineering, automate equipment deployments, produce documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and evaluate emerging technologies. Requires an active Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance and successful CI polygraph eligibility.
