Develop and maintain ELSUR collection software by translating designs into code, testing, debugging, and refining applications. Ensure software complies with data security, integrity, retention, technical, and legal requirements. The role requires experience with complex software, database management systems, SIP, MySQL, multiple programming languages, and operational agile environments. An active Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance and potential CI polygraph eligibility are required.

Develops and applies data science models to analyze large datasets, solve complex data and storage challenges, improve search processes, validate data quality, and deliver actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes modeling and programming over visualization and analytics, using Python, Spark, R, Databricks, NLP, LLMs, machine learning, predictive modeling, and AWS. Requires an active Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance and potential CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsible for securing multiple applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. Develops incident response and recovery plans, performs application and platform security testing, monitors anomalous activity, manages vulnerabilities, and advises government partners. Builds and maintains secure AWS cloud environments using defense-in-depth practices. Oversees IAM, COMSEC, encryption, firewalls, compliance monitoring, security policies, and continuous improvements to cloud-based systems.
