Serve as a campus admissions ambassador by interviewing and advising prospective students, explaining programs and financial considerations, maintaining records, following compliance, and supporting enrollment through follow-up and customer service.

Alumni Advisors provide career development and advising services to alumni, assisting with job searching, personal branding, and professional skills. They engage alumni, promote events, and document communications in CRMs while maintaining productivity expectations.

Provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Strategic Operations team. Coordinate workflows, maintain documentation and SOPs, compile accreditation and employment data, support employment verification and outreach, update student/graduate profiles, perform online employment research, maintain data in Salesforce/SharePoint/Excel, and assist cross-team communication and continuous process improvement.
