Oversees Cognigy and Amazon Lex/Amazon Q chatbot and voice-bot implementations, conversational design, NLU/LLM practices, testing, monitoring, integrations, reliability, observability, incident response, security, and compliance.

Provides prompt, accurate customer support through chat and phone for a global crypto and Web3 customer base. Handles escalations, explains Coinbase products, resolves issues, and supports VIP customers. Collaborates with QA, Training, and Operations teams while contributing to process improvements, documentation, workflows, and customer experience initiatives.

Sources, screens, evaluates, and profiles candidates for high-volume US recruitment. Conducts initial and behavioral interviews, presents qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews, maintains accurate recruitment records, supports internal hiring processes, and helps the team meet hiring targets. The role requires BPO recruitment experience, strong communication skills, willingness to work night shifts, and onsite availability in Pasig City.
