Support HR team with onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare reports and presentations, assist employee engagement and HR initiatives, coordinate HR requests, and perform general administrative HR tasks while gaining mentorship and practical experience.

Provide empathetic phone-based technical support for customers: troubleshoot hardware, software, network and installation issues; manage email and account access; educate customers on resolution steps and support options; aim for first-call resolution; perform installs/uninstalls and upsell when appropriate. Must work shifting schedules in a call-center environment.

Support end-to-end recruitment operations: source, screen, and profile candidates; conduct initial/behavioral interviews; schedule hiring manager interviews; encode applicant data; and help the team meet hiring targets.
