Manage international client relationships for a SaaS product by resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, supporting onboarding, promoting product adoption, monitoring usage, and providing proactive customer guidance. The role involves inbound chats, outbound calls, documentation, technical support, product expertise, and continuous improvement while working night shifts.

Own Setmore’s content strategy and hands-on execution across websites, blogs, product pages, customer stories, and feature launches. Write, edit, and optimize content for search rankings, traffic, conversions, and signups. Build content clusters, internal linking strategies, and content briefs while collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Leadership. Measure performance through Search Console, GA4, and analytics tools, using AI responsibly to improve production quality.

Evaluate customer interactions through manual and AI-assisted QA workflows, validate AI-generated scores, identify quality risks, analyze datasets, and monitor contact center performance dashboards. The role escalates critical concerns, supports calibration and coaching recommendations, improves scorecards and evaluation frameworks, and collaborates with QA, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to advance AI-first quality assurance.
