Supports affordable housing property operations through resident recertifications, HUD and LIHTC compliance, leasing, rent collection, resident relations, financial administration, notices, inspections, and maintenance workflow coordination. Acts as manager in the Community Manager’s absence, maintains audit-ready files, manages waitlists and applications, and coordinates with housing agencies, auditors, service providers, and residents. Requires on-site work, occasional travel, and availability for weekends or holidays as needed.

Serve as trusted operational partner to the COO by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, reimbursements, briefing materials, decision tracking, and cross-team communication. Establish administrative systems, playbooks, templates, dashboards, and follow-up processes while handling sensitive information with discretion. Support executive, departmental, board, and project meetings, coordinate site visits and conferences, and strengthen asynchronous reporting and organizational workflows.

Supports resident stabilization across affordable and permanent supportive housing properties. Coordinates property managers, service providers, and mission teams; leads crisis response; manages service funding, grants, contracts, and compliance; analyzes resident data using Airtable, Yardi, and Power BI; develops policies and training; and supervises resident service coordinators and interns.

Supports resident stabilization across permanent supportive housing properties through service funding management, crisis leadership, provider coordination, grant administration, data analysis, policy implementation, training, and compliance reporting. The role facilitates collaboration among property management, service providers, ownership, residents, and internal teams; maintains Airtable, Yardi, and Power BI systems; monitors resident outcomes and funding; and supervises resident service coordinators and interns.
