Responsible for timely follow-up of insurance claims and client invoices, triaging requisitions, entering client charges, obtaining documentation, contacting payers/clients for missing information, processing and posting payments, preparing and sending invoices, performing daily cash deposits and reconciliations, and supporting Sales and Finance with collections and customer inquiries.
