Review and sign out hematopathology cases including flow cytometry, bone marrow, FISH, molecular, and surgical pathology consultations. Interpret stains, ensure CAP turnaround and QA compliance, provide clinical lab consultation, teach trainees, and provide on-call coverage as scheduled.

18-month supervised trainee role rotating through cytogenetics lab sections to learn cell culture, chromosome banding, karyotype preparation, microscopy analysis (including GSL scanning), staining, imaging, QC, and laboratory safety. Eligible for promotion to Genetic Technologist I after certification.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, scientific, entry-level, and management roles: source candidates, post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, check references, support offers, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance while partnering with hiring managers and attending recruiting events.
