Resolves complex healthcare billing issues, unpaid claims, denials, and account disputes to maximize reimbursement. Reviews billing documentation, communicates with payers and patients, analyzes reimbursement trends, researches Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer policies, and coordinates corrective actions across teams. Handles aging claims, identifies root causes of payment issues, and recommends solutions to improve collections and prevent future denials.

Supports the histology department by preparing, loading, and unloading stainers; dehydrating and coverslipping slides; cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining laboratory equipment; tracking specimens and records; verifying case numbers, blocks, slides, and labels; and documenting activities in logbooks and the laboratory information system. The role requires safe handling of human specimens, tissues, bodily fluids, chemicals, and biohazardous materials in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory.

Leads the design, development, maintenance, and modernization of scalable bioinformatics pipelines, databases, analytical tools, and user interfaces. Translates biological requirements into computational solutions, develops algorithms, improves infrastructure and automation, performs testing and code reviews, troubleshoots systems, mentors developers, and supports scientific and operational stakeholders.
