Supports end-to-end payroll administration, including processing salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, deductions, payroll updates, final checks, and benefit reconciliations. Audits payroll for accuracy and compliance with wage and hour laws, maintains payroll records, supports audits, researches payroll topics, prepares reports, resolves discrepancies, and responds to employee and manager inquiries. Collaborates with HR and department managers on timekeeping, leave requests, approvals, and payroll changes.
