Perform cytogenetic and/or FISH testing under supervision: cell culture, harvest, slide preparation, staining/probing, microscopy and automated imaging analysis, karyotype preparation, QC, reagent preparation, documentation, and participation in SOPs and professional development.

Perform diagnostic interpretation of surgical pathology, frozen sections, and cytology; gross examination of specimens; produce written pathology reports; participate in quality assurance, consult with clinicians, train staff, and maintain regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, HIPAA).

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities; reconcile balance sheet accounts; prepare adjusting journal entries and fluctuation analyses; consolidate financial statements; support SEC reporting and SOX compliance; perform technical accounting research; liaise with auditors; advise management on complex transactions; implement new accounting pronouncements; document internal controls.
