Leads WMS-to-robotics and WCS integration projects for warehouse automation clients. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, WMS configuration, SQL troubleshooting, MHE message diagnosis, solution design, testing, go-live support, incident leadership, client communication, documentation, and mentoring. The role bridges warehouse operations, IT, developers, and international robotics vendors, with frequent onsite travel and occasional weekend work.

Owns complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close across supply chain consulting, technology transformation, and implementation services. Builds executive relationships, develops strategic account plans, manages forecasting and pipeline discipline, and partners with consulting and technical teams to create solutions. The role also contributes to sales methodology, organizational scaling, coaching, and future team development. It requires deep supply-chain technology expertise and experience selling high-value professional services to retailers, brands, 3PLs, and logistics organizations.

Own mid-market sales across supply-chain consulting, technology transformation, and implementation services. Build pipeline through prospecting, referrals, partners, and industry relationships; manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close; develop customer and partner relationships; collaborate with practice leaders and subject-matter experts on solutions and proposals; identify expansion opportunities; and maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline while achieving bookings and revenue targets.
