Responsible for ensuring safety and compliance of automation equipment according to US and international standards, leading certification efforts, performing risk assessments, and mentoring engineers on safety practices.

Provide frontline operational coverage for an automated grocery fulfillment system: monitor system health, perform Tier-1 troubleshooting, lead on-call escalations, track reliability metrics, support maintenance handoffs, collaborate with engineering on tests and root-cause analysis, and train partner operators to ensure safe, reliable production.
