Act as the technical bridge between engineering and merchants on an AI-integrated ERP. Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, read Python code, improve workflows, run small projects, document repeatable solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and ops to scale fixes and reduce recurring problems.

Lead architecture and build backend systems in Python at scale, own reliability and performance, mentor engineers, make technical decisions, work directly with merchants to translate needs into shipped solutions, and integrate AI/LLM-driven features into the ERP product.

Provide customer-facing accounting advisory to eCommerce merchants: troubleshoot reconciliations between Fulfil and sales channels, advise on COGS, inventory valuation, revenue recognition, sales tax and multi-currency issues, support audits, deliver training, and feed product teams with recurring merchant pain points.

Lead large, complex ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. Own multiple concurrent projects, define execution strategy, perform deep discovery and scalable solution design, mentor junior teammates, stabilize struggling projects, and drive improvements to playbooks and templates. Travel on-site for cutovers and workshops; partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Merchant Success.
