The Director will drive strategic growth and lead large-scale consulting engagements, focusing on technology-enabled transformation, client relationships, and market expansion in Europe.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Defence and National Security bids, managing governance, RAID, integrated planning, cost/resource modelling and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (pre-sales, technical, commercial, security, legal), ensure compliance with Defence frameworks (JSPs, ISO27001, export controls), embed continuous improvement, and support capture, solution design and financial assurance to deliver compliant, customer-centric proposals.

The Strategic Sales & Dealmaker leads high-value sales deals, fostering client relationships and coordinating teams to close contracts exceeding €10 million, while ensuring compliance and strategic market analysis.
