Oversee logistics, customs, freight movements, and transportation activities across UK operations. Maintain accurate records, ensure import/export compliance, manage freight forwarders and logistics providers, maintain licenses and regulatory arrangements, and drive cost-saving process improvements. Support logistics personnel performance and collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, QHSSE, and operational teams to deliver compliant and efficient logistics services.

Administers federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and entities. Responsibilities include preparing and filing tax returns, reconciling liabilities and general ledger accounts, maintaining registrations, resolving agency notices, managing year-end reporting, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting audits, improving payroll processes, and participating in system implementations. The role serves as the payroll tax subject matter expert and partners with Payroll, Finance, HR, and external agencies.

Supports a regional management team by managing calendars, meetings, travel, events, correspondence, action items, and administrative processes. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, prepares documents and presentations, handles confidential information, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
