Leads Fugro’s centralized DOT/FMCSA compliance program across North America. Responsibilities include managing HOS and ELD compliance, driver qualification files, fleet inspections and maintenance records, internal audits, roadside inspection responses, investigations, corrective actions, driver training, regulatory reporting, and coordination with vendors, auditors, and enforcement agencies.

Supervise offshore ROV operations, teams, safety, quality, maintenance, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and project execution. Provide technical expertise in ROV systems, instrumentation, mechanical design, control systems, sensors, and underwater vehicle dynamics. Lead emergency response, mentor technicians, conduct inspections and audits, and develop standardized procedures and documentation while collaborating with project managers, stakeholders, and research teams.

Provides reception and general administrative support in a fully office-based role. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, stationery, couriers, catering, kitchens, meeting rooms, inductions, building access passes, purchase orders, and expense reconciliations. The role also supports ad hoc administrative tasks across departments and assists the Office Manager and wider team.
