Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Marine Inspection, Repair and Maintenance projects in Aberdeen. Responsibilities include mobilisation, execution, close-out, client management, project P&L ownership, cost control, forecasting, risk management, governance, variation orders, resource planning, team leadership and corrective actions. The role requires extensive experience managing technically complex marine, offshore or construction-support projects, strong commercial judgment, senior stakeholder management and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Provides first- and second-line IT support for field operations, vessels, remote operations centers, and data-processing environments. Responsibilities include ticket triage, monitoring, escalation, system maintenance, patching, backups, infrastructure deployments, policy rollouts, cybersecurity response, documentation, vendor coordination, reporting, and team training. The role requires 24/7 roster-based standby support and collaboration with global stakeholders, deployment teams, architecture teams, and external vendors.

Supports the maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and deployment preparation of remotely operated vehicle systems and related equipment. Performs functional testing across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems, maintains technical records, supports inventory and certification compliance, and participates in refurbishment, upgrades, robotics, automation, remote operations, and AI-enabled maintenance initiatives while following QHSSE standards.
