Leads Fugro’s Marine Asset Integrity business line across Asia Pacific, overseeing more than 400 professionals. Owns regional strategy, revenue and profit performance, client relationships, market growth, operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation, innovation, and people development. Partners with global and regional leadership across finance, HR, sales, marketing, project management, legal, and HSSE to expand the business and deliver asset integrity, inspection, monitoring, positioning, and construction support solutions.

Supervise the safe, efficient operation of a geotechnical laboratory and lead technicians delivering soil, rock, and aggregate testing. Establish rock-testing processes, oversee schedules, resources, quality, data integrity, and reporting, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Promote QHSE compliance, conduct risk assessments, resolve issues, and support occasional offshore or field investigations.

Supervises offshore ROV operations from planning through close-out, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, technical readiness, documentation, and project efficiency. Leads, mentors, and assesses ROV technicians; directs maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; manages emergencies, mobilization, materials, and client interfaces. Coordinates with vessel, survey, engineering, safety, procurement, and onshore project teams while monitoring fatigue, contractual downtime, and operational opportunities.
