The Strategic Research Lead will act as the primary contact for market research clients, manage research projects, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.

As the Strategic Research Lead, you'll manage client relationships, oversee market research projects, and deliver insights to support data-driven decisions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Provide first-line onsite IT support and endpoint management for Windows and macOS, handle user account and access tasks, monitor security alerts, assist with basic cloud and M365 administration, run and maintain PowerShell/Bash scripts, support AI tool onboarding and lifecycle reviews, and document runbooks to meet uptime, patching, and onboarding accuracy metrics.
