The role is remote with required travel and may include onsite or virtual training.

Leads end-to-end client implementations of healthcare maintenance software, managing project plans, timelines, resources, data migration, configuration, training, testing, launches, risks, and stakeholder communications. The role serves as the primary client contact, coordinates internal teams, supports multiple concurrent projects, improves implementation processes, and provides onsite or virtual customer training and software support.

Implement enterprise healthcare software by leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, configuring core and ancillary applications, creating database segments, and managing data mapping, cleansing, and transformation. Perform quality assurance testing after migrations, integrations, and segmentation changes to ensure go-live readiness. Serve as a customer point of contact, coordinate with project managers and internal teams, prioritize support requests, and help keep multiple implementations on schedule.
