The role is remote with some travel and emphasizes relationship building, customer outcomes, autonomy, and strategic account management.

Leads end-to-end client implementation projects for healthcare CMMS software, managing plans, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, data migration, configuration, training, testing, and customer rollouts. Coordinates internal teams and external stakeholders, serves as the primary client contact, monitors deliverables and quality, provides status updates, supports customers, and improves implementation processes. The role is remote with required travel and may include onsite or virtual training.
