Supports the U.S. Attorney’s Office by managing fact witnesses before, during, and after court proceedings. Responsibilities include coordinating witness travel and lodging, preparing reimbursement vouchers, maintaining files and databases, tracking court appearances, communicating with witnesses and justice-system counterparts, arranging courtroom support, and preparing correspondence and legal documents in accordance with Department of Justice procedures.

Collects, reconciles, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources in support of FBI asset forfeiture and law enforcement activities. Maintains case files and databases, performs accurate data entry, tracks deadlines, coordinates information requests, prepares reports and summaries, and provides timely status updates. The role requires strong attention to detail, document review, organization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Supports ATF attorneys with federal forfeiture cases by reviewing investigative materials, researching laws and facts, assessing probable cause, preparing discovery and legal documents, managing witnesses and case files, summarizing proceedings, and creating reports and trial exhibits. The role requires legal research, automated litigation support, strong writing and organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and completion of a 7- or 10-year background investigation.
