Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings, organizing discovery, interviewing law enforcement, preparing summaries and trial exhibits, and managing files. Provide litigation support using automated tools, assist in pretrial and settlement preparation, and train other personnel as needed while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Supervise subordinate supervisors and manage execution of the USAO contract, ensuring quality control, reporting, personnel management (timesheets, leave, evaluations), recruiting, and compliance with company and contract requirements.

Collect, reconcile, and analyze information from multiple sources; enter and maintain case data and physical files; track case status and deadlines; prepare documents, reports, and summaries; perform word processing; coordinate information requests and provide timely status updates in support of the U.S. Attorney's Office.
