Leads company-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and business analytics. Partners with executives and operational teams to improve profitability, manufacturing efficiency, pricing, margins, inventory management, cash flow, and capital allocation. Oversees management reporting, financial systems improvements, and forecasting accuracy while supporting strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and special projects.

Pick, palletize, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners; load/unload freight; perform daily cycle counts; report inventory discrepancies; complete shipping paperwork. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work full 40-hour weeks including Saturdays.
