Manages financial advisory engagements including due diligence, lender reviews, independent business reviews, cashflow analysis, options reports, and employer covenant reviews. Leads client communication, financial analysis, forecasting, report preparation, risk and compliance processes, project delivery, business development, and supervision of junior staff. The role also supports restructuring and corporate finance assignments while maintaining high-quality client deliverables and regulatory compliance.

Manage a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including liquidations, receiverships, CVLs, and MVLs. Ensure statutory and legislative compliance, lead teams, oversee case progression, investigate financial and legal matters, and engage with directors, creditors, legal advisers, accountants, and agents. Prepare reports and presentations, delegate and review team work, provide technical guidance, support colleague development, improve processes, and identify client needs and business development opportunities.

Lead and manage restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements. Deliver strategic recovery plans, financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, stakeholder negotiation, distressed M&A and formal insolvency processes. Build client relationships, mentor junior staff, support business development and ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards.
