Manages financial advisory engagements including financial and lender due diligence, independent business reviews, cashflow reviews, options reports, and employer covenant assessments. Responsibilities include financial analysis, forecasting, report preparation, client communication, project delivery, risk and AML compliance, business development, and supervision of junior staff. The role requires strong Excel, financial modelling, report-writing, client-facing, and advisory skills, with experience in restructuring, corporate finance, or distressed transactions.

Leads corporate finance transaction execution, manages timetables and project work, reviews transaction documents and financial models, develops client pitches and deal opportunities, and mentors junior team members. The role also supports M&A origination, client relationship development, risk and compliance processes, and business networking. Experience across buy-side, sell-side, MBO, and private equity transactions is required, along with strong financial modelling, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, CVLs, CVAs and MVLs. Lead case strategy, statutory compliance, reporting, asset recovery and financial processes while liaising with directors, creditors, legal advisers and regulators. Supervise and mentor junior staff, manage stakeholders, support business development, contribute to training and improve internal processes. The role requires strong UK insolvency legislation knowledge and relevant professional qualifications.
