The Senior People Business Partner advises senior leaders on strategic and complex HR matters, supports People strategy, change management, employee relations, compensation and performance processes, and leads TUPE transfers. The role analyzes workforce data, develops management reports, supports workforce planning and leadership development, coaches People Business Partners, promotes diversity and inclusion, improves HR processes, and ensures legal compliance.

Manage a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including liquidations, receiverships, CVLs, and MVLs. Ensure statutory and legislative compliance, lead teams, oversee case progression, investigate financial and legal matters, and engage with directors, creditors, legal advisers, accountants, and agents. Prepare reports and presentations, delegate and review team work, provide technical guidance, support colleague development, improve processes, and identify client needs and business development opportunities.
