Supports capital markets safekeeping and securities operations by analyzing municipal bond trade allocations, documenting transactions, managing accounts, monitoring settlement through The Bank of New York and the Federal Reserve, resolving trade failures and asset-servicing discrepancies, maintaining bond portfolio systems, and supporting internal controls. The role also provides backup for reconciliation, disbursement, and settlement functions while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant trade processing.

Supports complex banking application issues, analyzes systems and procedures, documents business requirements and rules, recommends technical improvements, and assists with system conversions. Develops test scripts, oversees testing, evaluates results, trains users, interprets reports, answers inquiries, and coordinates communication between business users and Data Services staff. The role also supports staff training and cross-training across application systems.

Provide administrative support to managers and staff by performing department-specific administrative tasks, reconciliations, pulling and formatting data, maintaining cross-functional contacts, escalating issues, and ensuring accurate communication using Microsoft applications.
