Lead collection, validation, and analysis of complex health and benefits data to produce financial reports, pricing strategies, forecasts, and client-facing insights. Provide actuarial oversight, benchmarking, predictive modeling, and regulatory-aligned recommendations while managing teams, projects, and client engagements.

As a Senior Compliance Advisor, you will identify, measure, and manage compliance risks, educate teams, and enhance compliance policies while ensuring alignment with regulations.
