The role maintains security platforms, documents compliance and risk processes, communicates vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies to technical and executive stakeholders, evaluates emerging threats and security technologies, and partners with technology teams to reduce organizational risk.

Manage a complex personal lines insurance book of business, provide policy servicing, analyze coverage and carrier quotes, identify account-rounding opportunities, prepare proposals, support renewals, resolve billing and claims issues, and provide technical guidance and training to service staff. Maintain accurate agency management system records and ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and agency procedures.
