Provide administrative and client-support for employee benefits accounts: assist producers with renewals and placements, prepare proposals, process coverage and eligibility changes, research claims/billing, and support account servicing and re-marketing efforts.

Design, build, test, deploy, support, and document enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/Dataverse/Pages/Copilot). Provide technical guidance, develop reusable components and custom connectors, enforce governance and security, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Security, Risk, and business stakeholders.

Serve as insurance account manager supporting Producers and Account Executives: analyze quotes, review policies, provide policy services (changes, billing, claims), identify upsell opportunities, prepare proposals, maintain underwriting knowledge and documentation, and manage assigned book of business.
