Provide first-line IT support and helpdesk services, troubleshoot hardware/software/printer/access issues, prepare and set up devices and accounts for new starters, maintain IT inventory and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

The Principal Consultant will lead complex client projects, mentor junior consultants, handle senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Lead market research, analysis, and content creation for wireless infrastructure (5G/6G, RAN, core, transport, edge). Advise clients, develop thought leadership, deliver GOA reports/dashboards, support business development, and manage projects or small analyst teams to identify growth opportunities and industry insights.
