Own and grow client accounts through consultative sales, prospecting, account mapping, relationship management, pipeline development, and achievement of revenue targets. The role requires tailoring engagement strategies to client industries, using CRM tools and social platforms, conducting discovery conversations, presenting solutions, handling objections, and supporting negotiations. This is an entry-level account ownership position focused primarily on new account development and selling research, consulting, and growth advisory services.

Provides comprehensive regional HR operations support across the employee lifecycle, including HRIS administration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, compensation, performance management, employee relations, compliance, audits, reporting, and HR documentation. The role supports employees and managers across APAC, handles visa application processes, coordinates with vendors, and maintains confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with local employment requirements.

Support research, policy, and strategic advisory projects for government and public sector clients by conducting literature reviews, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, presentation/report preparation, and project support to ensure timely delivery of client outputs.
