The role involves driving sales growth in the Japanese or Korean market, client acquisition, consultative sales, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate needs to achieve sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver impactful presentations while leveraging CRM tools.

Provide first-line IT support and helpdesk services, troubleshoot hardware/software/printer/access issues, prepare and set up devices and accounts for new starters, maintain IT inventory and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
