Manage traffic through construction sites by placing signs, barricades, and cones; communicate with other TCPs and supervisors to regulate vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist passage; adapt traffic setups for moving paving operations; report incidents or hazards; follow site instructions and perform other assigned duties. Training and most PPE provided.

Supervise and coordinate traffic control crews to create safe work zones at construction sites. Set up cones, barrels and barricades; plan traffic control solutions; ensure safe passage for vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists; monitor compliance; report incidents; complete safety paperwork; follow site leadership and company policies.

Manage and direct traffic through construction sites, place signs/barricades/cones, communicate hazards and traffic changes, ensure safe passage for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists, follow site supervision, and perform assigned duties outdoors in varying weather.
