Leads global, multi-entity accounting operations as a hands-on player-coach. Oversees financial close, reporting, U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury, controls, audits, and accounting staff development. Drives automation, ERP optimization, systems integration, and scalable process improvements while partnering with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Owns CRM data quality by scrubbing, standardizing, deduplicating, reconciling, mapping, importing, and validating high-volume client and hotel records in Salesforce. Maintains data standards, updates account and contact attributes, investigates discrepancies, documents processes, and supports sales, customer success, operations, reporting, and analytics teams. Uses Excel, Salesforce data tools, AI, and automation to improve data cleaning, enrichment, monitoring, and recurring workflows.

Manage a portfolio of hotel properties as a performance and profit advisor. Build relationships with general managers and property leaders, analyze IN-Gauge data, drive platform adoption, lead business reviews, identify churn risks, support retention, and recommend actions to improve frontline execution, incremental revenue, and customer results. The role requires hospitality expertise, consultative communication, stakeholder influence, customer relationship management, and travel of up to 20%.
