Teams at Frontline Insurance

Leads the claims training team and oversees training strategy, curriculum development, delivery, scheduling, and evaluation. Partners with Claims leadership and Quality Assurance to identify needs, improve claim handling, and maintain regulatory compliance. Coaches team members, manages projects and resources, monitors performance metrics, and ensures training materials reflect current insurance procedures, systems, statutes, and policy requirements. The role may require overnight travel, extended hours, weekends, holidays, and catastrophe response support.

Plans and manages insurance programs from appraisal through implementation, defining scope, costs, milestones, dependencies, and business cases. Oversees process improvement, reporting, risk, resources, change management, compliance, and program operations. Uses AI tools and agentic workflows to improve PMO efficiency, keeps senior leadership informed, and coordinates deliverables across teams.

Paid summer interns support multiple departments through research, data analysis, database management, data entry, networking, and team-development activities. Interns receive executive mentoring and may be assigned to Risk Management, Accounting, Business Development, IT, or Underwriting based on operational needs.
