The Partnerships Project Manager leads projects, operational processes, and improvement initiatives across partnership and programme activities. Coordinates programme activities, projects, meetings, workshops, and events. Maintains plans, documentation, records, trackers, and reporting systems; monitors actions and deadlines; supports stakeholder communications, onboarding, scheduling, resources, and operational delivery. Provides administrative and customer support, resolves practical delivery issues, and contributes to process improvement and implementation of new tools. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, adaptability, and collaborative working across programme teams.

Provides operational, project, administrative, and coordination support for Frontline’s equality, diversity, and inclusion function. Responsibilities include coordinating EDI initiatives, consultations, working groups, training, staff networks, communications, reporting, dashboards, budgets, and accessibility activities. The role supports co-production with underrepresented groups, promotes inclusive organisational culture, prepares accessible materials, evaluates outcomes, and builds collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Coordinates formal complaints from intake through resolution, assesses risks, monitors trends, and recommends improvements. Leads day-to-day data protection activities, provides UK GDPR guidance, manages breaches and subject access requests, and maintains policy records. Reviews routine contracts, supports legal advice, updates registrations and intellectual property records, and manages corporate filings. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication, attention to detail, and experience applying data protection, complaints, legal, and policy knowledge in a charity setting.

Administer and enhance Frontline’s customized Salesforce environment, including configuration, automation, security, data management, reports, dashboards, integrations, and user support. The role partners with internal teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues for more than 100 users, maintain documentation, and recommend improvements that support organizational growth and efficiency.

Administer and enhance a customized Salesforce environment and Marketing Cloud platform. Responsibilities include configuration, user management, workflows, Flows, data extensions, SQL/SOQL, segmentation, automation, integrations, troubleshooting, data quality, GDPR compliance, user support, training, documentation, and translating stakeholder requirements into effective CRM and marketing solutions.

Leads the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Oversees Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, networks, cloud platforms, device management, security certifications, risk assessments, incident response, audits, and AI governance. Manages budgets, suppliers, outsourced IT support, system migrations, and facilities oversight. Advises senior leaders and trustees, develops policies and roadmaps, and line manages the IT and Facilities Officer.

Supports reporting, business intelligence, data quality, governance, and analysis across organisational programmes. Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, validates and transforms data using SQL and DAX, investigates discrepancies, documents reporting standards, and produces management information. Works with Salesforce and other systems, supports stakeholder reporting needs, contributes to automation and AI-enabled improvements, and helps establish reliable data practices and data literacy across the organisation.

Leads Frontline’s data governance and business intelligence function, establishing data quality standards, reporting processes, and scalable Power BI solutions. Develops data models, dashboards, metrics, and integrations using DAX and SQL; resolves data quality issues; supports evaluation, performance monitoring, and contractual reporting. Works with Salesforce, programme, evaluation, and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable insights. Line manages a Data Officer and builds organisational capability in governance, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement.

Supports the development, administration and improvement of digital learning products across Frontline’s programmes. Responsibilities include creating e-learning content, administering Moodle or comparable platforms, onboarding learners, supporting webinars, responding to user queries, troubleshooting access issues, conducting accessibility and quality assurance checks, and contributing to UX, user research, assessments and process improvements. The role collaborates with programme and curriculum teams to deliver accessible, effective and consistent digital learning experiences.

Provides operational leadership for digital learning across a programme portfolio. Oversees e-learning, digital resources, assessments, platforms, accessibility, testing, quality assurance and learner experience. Leads content production, continuous improvement, AI and automation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, delivery planning and platform releases. Line-manages Digital Learning Officers, manages workload and risks, supports service improvement, and ensures compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and governance requirements.

The Programme Manager will coordinate mobilisation, implementation and delivery across multiple programmes, projects and workstreams. Responsibilities include maintaining plans, RAID and governance documentation; managing risks, dependencies, milestones and stakeholder relationships; coordinating readiness, testing and launch activity; preparing reports for senior stakeholders; driving continuous improvement; and line managing a Project Officer. The role will eventually take ownership of programme streams, including delivery, budgets, performance and contractual outcomes.
