Provides technical leadership and hands-on engineering for Entellitrak-based Defense Health IT systems. Develops and integrates Java/JEE components, interfaces, APIs, database schemas, and web services; troubleshoots production issues; supports testing, releases, deployments, and documentation. Maintains Microsoft SQL Server environments and ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity, configuration-management, RMF, STIG, NIST, and testing requirements. Supports Agile delivery, authentication modernization, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and occasional after-hours production operations.

Maintains, repairs, calibrates, tests, and installs biomedical and dental equipment, including high-risk and networked medical systems. Provides entry-level systems and network administration, cybersecurity compliance support, disaster recovery planning, RMF and ATO documentation, user support, and equipment lifecycle management. Troubleshoots connectivity and infrastructure issues, supports HIPAA compliance, investigates equipment alerts and recalls, and mentors junior BMET personnel.
