Provide food service and dining support for senior residents: prepare and serve meals, set/reset tables, monitor service stations, wash dishes, clean dining and kitchen areas, deliver room service trays, and assist team members to ensure residents' nutritional needs and care plans are followed.

Dietary Aides assist with food service in a senior community, ensuring meal preparation, service, cleanliness, and resident care coordination. Responsibilities include serving meals, cleaning dining areas, and supporting food service programs.

Plan, implement, and supervise social, recreational, educational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities for memory care residents. Promote participation, produce monthly calendars and newsletters, assist with transportation, front desk coverage, tours, and support resident councils and community events under the Lifestyle Director.
