Teams at Frontier Senior Living

Manage daily operations of an Alzheimer's special care senior living community, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, occupancy and budgeting targets, marketing, staff recruitment and development, billing/accounting, safety, and overall community satisfaction.

Provide food service and dining support for senior residents: prepare and serve meals, set/reset tables, monitor service stations, wash dishes, clean dining and kitchen areas, deliver room service trays, and assist team members to ensure residents' nutritional needs and care plans are followed.

The Lifestyle Director will lead and manage social, educational, and recreational activities for senior residents, ensuring high participation and engagement while promoting a meaningful living experience.
