Manages the senior living community’s business office, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, rent collection, payroll reporting, employee records, resident files, mail, reception coverage, and administrative communications. Supports the Executive Director, assists with hiring and receptionist supervision, coordinates with accounting, handles census updates, and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
