Provides dining and dietary support for senior living residents by preparing and serving meals, delivering room-service trays, maintaining beverage and service stations, setting tables, washing dishes, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas. The role requires communication with residents and staff, adherence to care plans and instructions, and the ability to lift 30 pounds and remain active for extended periods.

Manages accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, rent collection, census updates, payroll reporting, and business records for a memory care community. Supports the Executive Director with reception coverage, resident and family relations, marketing tours, staff recruiting, receptionist supervision, employee data entry, mail distribution, and coordination with accounting teams.

Lead occupancy growth through direct sales, outreach to referral sources, CRM management, community marketing and events, social media and reputation building, staff leadership, competitor analysis, and budget adherence to ensure successful grand opening and sustained census.
