Lead the accounting organization through monthly, quarterly, and annual close, audits, financial reporting, internal controls, tax coordination, and complex biotech accounting. Build scalable processes, systems, and controls for an IPO-track company; manage outsourced providers; oversee clinical and R&D accruals, treasury, equity, and ERP workflows; and develop the accounting team while partnering with Finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy multimodal and generative AI models and multi-agent systems for covalent small-molecule drug discovery. Build molecular representations (GNNs, equivariant nets), RAG pipelines, property-prediction and virtual-screening models, and production serving infrastructure to support medicinal chemistry and cross-functional discovery teams.
