Lead finance strategy and FP&A while owning SEC reporting readiness and technical accounting. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, clinical trial accruals, SOX 404 planning, investor materials, and capital markets support. Partner with the CFO, Controller, R&D/Clinical teams, auditors, and counsel to scale finance operations for a biotech company transitioning toward/through public company requirements.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy multimodal and generative AI models and multi-agent systems for covalent small-molecule drug discovery. Build molecular representations (GNNs, equivariant nets), RAG pipelines, property-prediction and virtual-screening models, and production serving infrastructure to support medicinal chemistry and cross-functional discovery teams.
