Configures and maintains business applications, workflows, integrations, and system behavior supporting energy efficiency programs. Translates business and technical requirements into implemented solutions, analyzes issues, coordinates developer support, leads QA and UAT, documents configurations and data flows, manages system changes, and serves as a technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Provides technical support for software platforms, troubleshooting configuration, workflow, access, and user issues. Manages support tickets, performs user administration and system maintenance, communicates resolutions, and escalates complex problems. Creates documentation and knowledge-base content, supports customer onboarding and training, assists with software testing and releases, and identifies recurring issues and process improvements to enhance system stability and customer experience.

Supports clean-energy research projects involving installation and troubleshooting of test apparatus and instrumentation, site assessments, experimental testing, data and statistical analysis, equipment records, technical report writing, and presentations. The role manages activities across multiple projects, communicates with customers and team members, supports equipment logistics, follows safety procedures, and may participate in tours and non-business-hour events. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, but no relevant work experience is necessary.
