Leads cybersecurity operations, including incident monitoring and response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, digital forensics, security-tool administration, and penetration-test remediation. Oversees onshore SOC activities, coordinates with offshore analysts, maintains SOPs and incident documentation, tracks security metrics and SLAs, and supports threat intelligence, security awareness, and purple, red, and blue team engagements. Provides technical guidance, analyst training, vendor coordination, management reporting, and after-hours incident support.

Leads Frontier Airlines’ Flight Operations Quality Assurance program, overseeing aviation safety data collection, validation, analysis, event monitoring, trend identification, and reporting. Coordinates FOQA monitoring teams, corrective actions, safety recommendations, and stakeholder follow-up. Integrates findings into the Safety Management System, risk-based decision-making, safety assurance, communications, training, and continuous improvement. Requires aviation safety or airline operations experience, FOQA/FDM software knowledge, SMS expertise, and strong analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Manages Frontier Airlines’ Orlando flight attendant base operations for more than 700 crewmembers. Oversees supervisors and flight attendants, performance, compliance, engagement, training, staffing, scheduling support, safety management, budgets, investigations, and corrective action. Partners with airport, crew scheduling, human resources, and union representatives while maintaining operational standards and meeting performance goals. The manager is also responsible for leadership development, special projects, and 24/7 operational availability.
