Teams at Friends Church

Direct campus operations and ministry programs for a church campus, including budgets, calendars, events, communications, volunteer development, group ministries, discipleship initiatives, and community engagement. Partners with pastoral leadership to execute vision, build healthy culture, empower volunteers, and establish systems for measurable ministry growth.

Lead and grow a large junior high ministry serving students in grades 6–8. Responsibilities include developing discipleship strategy, overseeing weekly gatherings and events, providing pastoral care, recruiting and coaching volunteers, supervising an associate, partnering with parents and schools, and collaborating across church ministries.
