Teams at Friendlier

Provides onsite customer support and coordinates the Friendlier reusable packaging program across Stanford. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, troubleshooting bin and pickup issues, supporting new-location launches, conducting training and outreach events, creating communications, gathering user feedback, auditing bins and waste outlets, and running experiments to improve return rates. Requires strong organization, communication, independence, sustainability enthusiasm, and fluent spoken and written Spanish.

The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and closing strategic partnerships within the US foodservice sector, particularly focusing on national operators, while managing the full sales lifecycle and building relationships with key stakeholders.
