Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties including monthly financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, budgets and variance analysis, AP processing, resident ledger and billing support, year-end audit and tax preparation assistance, and onboarding/offboarding for property acquisitions and dispositions. Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support property performance.
