Prepare full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a commercial property portfolio. Perform GL reconciliations, budget preparation, variance analysis, invoice coding, CAM and real estate tax reconciliations, year-end tax workpapers, and support property acquisitions/dispositions while collaborating with property management and accounting teams.
