Develop BD strategies, manage pitches/RFIs, produce marketing materials, oversee directories and league table submissions, run lead generation and market research, and track proposals and reporting to grow client base and visibility.

Provide high-level HR support for attorneys in the DC office, manage attorney lifecycle processes (onboarding, off-boarding, performance, promotions), handle immigration and I-9 compliance, investigate employee relations issues, coordinate orientation and training, maintain attorney records and reports, support firmwide HR initiatives, and partner with legal and business services teams.

Lead Intune adoption and endpoint management across the firm. Implement Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, virtual desktop solutions, Patch My PC, ThreatLocker, and Nerdio. Develop PowerShell automation and Auto Remediation scripts, build Power BI compliance dashboards, evaluate Microsoft features, and maintain Intune/Azure endpoint infrastructure.
