Supports planning and execution of internal and client events, including logistics, registration, hospitality, vendor coordination, room setup, invitations, attendee tracking, event materials, catering, audiovisual services, transportation, calendars, invoices, budgets, and reconciliations. The role coordinates smaller events independently and provides onsite support while maintaining polished client service and organizational accuracy.

Serves as the senior finance and capital markets advisor on legal technology, AI adoption, knowledge management, and practice innovation. Evaluates and deploys technology solutions, leads attorney training, advises on client restrictions and data considerations, develops document-management taxonomies and legal resources, maintains precedents and forms, monitors legal technology developments, and supports client alerts and process improvements. Requires substantial finance or capital markets legal experience and strong legal research, drafting, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Support paralegals and attorneys on derivatives and structured products matters: draft and file closing documents, summarize transactional histories, assist SEC filings, maintain deal records, use document management systems, and update deal-tracking data. Part-time internship with exposure to securities, tax, trading, and asset management.
