Conduct solar site surveys, coordinate layouts and installers, monitor rooftop and ground-mounted plant installations, lead quality assessments, and provide after-sales maintenance support. Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, track maintenance performance, maintain project and service records, and submit daily status updates. The role requires extensive travel and experience executing solar plants of at least 50 kW.

Manage end-to-end regulatory and approval processes for solar projects across Telangana, including net-metering, CEIG approvals, subsidy applications, and load enhancement. Coordinate with government authorities, stakeholders, communities, and internal teams; monitor business objectives; maintain relationships; analyze data and feedback; prepare reports; and represent the company positively in the community.

Oversee processing, verification, and resolution of employee travel, medical, and business expense claims. Ensure compliance with policies, maintain secure records, coordinate reimbursements with finance, generate reports, educate employees, and collaborate with HR and other teams to improve workflows.
