Coordinates customer communication and support throughout the solar project lifecycle, from inquiry and site survey through installation, commissioning, and post-installation service. Maintains project records in ZOHO CRM, provides status updates, resolves complaints, explains system operation, and escalates technical issues. Collaborates with sales, technical, installation, and logistics teams while supporting customer satisfaction metrics and managing multiple projects.

Evaluates business challenges, user flows, and data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities. Translates requirements into user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams through development, testing, and UAT; validates defect fixes; supports release training and adoption. Monitors user feedback and product metrics to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements.

Manages vendor mapping, evaluation, onboarding, negotiations, pricing data, purchase orders, logistics partners, dispatch planning, inventory, warehouse distribution, demand forecasting, budgeting, and SCM reporting. Supervises junior staff and supports training. Requires 2–3 years of similar experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, budgeting knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably Zoho experience and solar industry exposure.
