Supports in-store auctions at two thrift locations, including merchandise research, cataloging, display, customer engagement, sales tracking, reporting, and item pickup or delivery. Provides limited e-commerce support by creating and optimizing listings, researching prices, applying SEO practices, and monitoring online market trends. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, basic online-selling knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Coordinate and administer internal campus and external fundraising events: scheduling, vendor coordination, staff communication, donor engagement, and support Development Team projects.

Provide accounting support for a large nonprofit: process transactions in QuickBooks/QBO, create/manage journal entries and GL reporting, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support audits and property/corporate taxes, update accounting structures, review and create processes, and handle large Excel spreadsheets to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations.
