Own customer technical issues from initial report through resolution. Troubleshoot complex frontend and backend problems by investigating code, system architecture, databases, and production behavior using Go, TypeScript, and SQL. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Account teams; support onboarding and ongoing usage; communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences; maintain documentation; and surface customer insights for product improvements.

Own technical implementations for a portfolio of healthcare customers, translating requirements into implementation plans, guiding setup and validation, documenting progress, and driving onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Act as a trusted technical advisor on healthcare data privacy, communicate with diverse stakeholders, advocate for customer needs internally, and improve scalable implementation processes. The role includes occasional customer and industry event travel.

Own Freshpaint’s finance function, including accounting, monthly close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, runway, and SaaS financial metrics. Partner with the CEO, executive team, and go-to-market leaders on investment decisions, commercial economics, pricing, compensation, and growth planning. Manage internal and external finance resources, build scalable processes and models, maintain audit readiness, and develop board and investor reporting.

Own relationships and net revenue retention for 25–35 strategic enterprise healthcare customers. Drive adoption, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, executive business reviews, account planning, forecasting, and measurable customer outcomes. Partner with Support, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and customer-facing teams to remove blockers and expand platform usage. Advise customers on healthcare data privacy and use Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health. Travel up to 30%.
