Teams at Fresho

Own customer software implementations from post-sale handoff through go-live and early adoption. Manage implementation plans, timelines, data preparation, configuration, integrations, training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects. Build customer relationships, support change management, coordinate onsite launches, and provide product feedback. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong Excel and analytical skills, excellent organization, schedule flexibility, and regular travel to supplier sites.

Own full-cycle sales for Fresho’s Northeast US territory, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing. Build relationships with food and beverage distributors, conduct in-person meetings and warehouse visits, collaborate with SDRs and onboarding teams, and provide customer and competitive feedback to internal stakeholders. The role is based near Fresho’s Brooklyn headquarters and requires regular regional travel.
