Supports the Privacy Office by conducting privacy impact assessments, vendor and technology due diligence, managing data subject rights requests, maintaining privacy documentation, investigating data incidents, and promoting privacy by design. The role provides day-to-day data protection guidance, manages compliance improvement initiatives, produces reporting, and mentors junior team members while supporting UK and European privacy compliance.

Supports partner remuneration, profit share, capital management, funding, financial controls, reconciliations, governance, and compliance. The role partners with senior stakeholders on sensitive financial matters, delivers process improvements, contributes to finance transformation and system initiatives, and coaches colleagues. It requires strong accounting expertise, stakeholder communication, attention to detail, and a relevant professional accounting qualification.

Supports US brand and communications initiatives through internal and external communications, media relations, thought leadership, social media, award submissions, content development, campaign coordination, reporting, and communications operations. The role drafts internal and external materials, manages calendars and collateral, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with leadership, HR, lawyers, and business teams to strengthen employee engagement, reputation, and business development.
