Advise stakeholders on risk and commercial objectives, support strategic transformation initiatives, create legal guidance and templates, deliver training, and build trusted relationships across an international organization.

Works on complex cross-border private equity and corporate transactions, including M&A, carve-outs, buy-outs, joint ventures, consortium deals, structured investments, and reorganizations. Advises financial sponsor clients across multiple sectors, supports business development, supervises junior lawyers, manages challenging workloads, and contributes to knowledge management and client service.

Supports the Privacy Office by conducting privacy impact assessments, vendor and technology due diligence, managing data subject rights requests, maintaining privacy documentation, investigating data incidents, and promoting privacy by design. The role provides day-to-day data protection guidance, manages compliance improvement initiatives, produces reporting, and mentors junior team members while supporting UK and European privacy compliance.
