Leads Technology portfolio planning, governance, resource capacity management, forecasting, and allocation across projects and business-as-usual activities. Oversees change management and communications, stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk mitigation, and adoption activities. The role manages technology planning and portfolio analysts plus a change and communications lead, supports executive decision-making, and promotes consistent delivery methodologies and governance practices.

Own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for assigned partners and matters, including budgeting, WIP management, billing, collections, forecasting, accruals, and financial analysis. Advise senior partners on realization, profitability, pricing, fee arrangements, and cash flow. Ensure eBilling compliance, resolve complex billing issues, maintain data integrity, and implement process improvements across revenue operations.

Provides front-line HR support to employees, managing queries and transactional processes including onboarding, pre-employment checks, performance management, leavers, benefits, pay reviews, and contract renewals. Maintains accurate Workday records, prepares employment correspondence, handles sensitive data, and supports HR process improvements. Contributes to automation and AI-focused HR projects while delivering responsive customer service and collaborating with the wider HR team.
