Provide 1:1 or 2:1 personalised education sessions for young people with SEN/SEMH in homes or public settings; monitor progress, set targets, conduct risk assessments, follow safeguarding procedures, and work term-time on a flexible bank-staff basis.

Provide 1:1 or 2:1 bespoke learning sessions for children and young people outside mainstream education, monitor and report progress, set achievable targets, conduct risk assessments, follow safeguarding/child protection procedures, and work flexibly as bank staff (term-time), traveling to students' homes or public settings for 3–5 hour sessions.

Provide personalised 1:1 or 2:1 learning sessions for young people with SEND and SEMH needs in home or community settings. Plan creative, strengths-based lessons, support core subjects, encourage confidence and engagement, and use positive behaviour support, de-escalation, and emotional regulation strategies. The role requires safeguarding awareness, consistent weekday availability, and enhanced DBS and employment checks.
