The Inside Sales Representative supports customer retention, account growth, and outside sales development. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, entering orders, recommending products, monitoring ordering trends, conducting outbound prospecting calls, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining sales pipelines, and supporting outside sales representatives. Operate and stage straight trucks up to 30 feet in and out of loading docks. Inspect vehicles, monitor reefer temperatures, assist with loading and unloading, operate electric pallet equipment, maintain an organized dock, and follow safety procedures. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a valid DZ license with a clean driver abstract and CVOR.
