Own outbound sales for Bundle, building a self-sourced pipeline through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, targeting HR, People, and L&D leaders. Partner with marketing, attend industry events, meet activity and pipeline metrics, achieve quota, and maintain accurate CRM records while helping shape the company’s outbound sales process.

Coordinates sales operations, including software access, contractor onboarding, 1099 compliance, housing and apparel logistics, vendor management, invoices, budgets, recruitment events, sales blitzes, and incentive trips. Maintains SOPs, onboarding and offboarding workflows, expense tracking, and administrative support for sales representatives and leaders across multiple markets.
