Manage retailer purchase orders from receipt through NetSuite entry, approval, pricing validation, and fulfillment handoff. Track change orders, reconcile SPS Commerce with NetSuite, monitor retailer forecasts, maintain demand and promotion data, and process approved B2B Shopify orders. Support retailer setup, onboarding, SKU launches, and promotional pricing while proactively communicating discrepancies, shortages, delays, and fulfillment risks to sales and management.

Provide technical support to e-commerce clients using the Intelligems testing platform. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, managing 20–30 conversations, resolving tickets, escalating complex problems, collaborating with internal teams, identifying support trends, and contributing to documentation and training.

Process assigned orders, resolve logistical challenges, coordinate timelines among clients, campus managers, vendors, and decorators, and support projects or campaigns. The role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, independent decision-making, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive work under pressure.
