Lead mechanical systems design and CAD modeling, create and test prototypes, run design reviews, validate designs to requirements, manage client technical interactions, mentor engineers and collaborate with global hardware team; travel to U.S. as needed.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native end-to-end data warehouses and ELT/ETL pipelines. Build scalable data models, enforce governance/security for U.S. financial regulations, optimize performance, and collaborate with U.S. executives to translate business needs into technical architecture.

Lead cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams through full project lifecycles, serving as primary client contact. Manage scope, budget, risks, PI planning, reporting, estimations, SOWs, and resource forecasts. Mentor junior PMs, resolve conflicts, approve invoices, and drive process improvements. Requires frequent monthly travel to client sites.
