Drives new product introduction and process-development programs for advanced augmented reality waveguide manufacturing. Leads programs from R&D and prototyping through process qualification, manufacturing transfer, and mass-production readiness. Coordinates process, equipment, integration, quality, and manufacturing teams; manages schedules, risks, phase gates, validation, requirements, dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, and mitigation plans. Requires frequent manufacturing-floor and cleanroom engagement, travel to Florida, and technical fluency in semiconductor, MEMS, or nanofabrication environments.

Develop, maintain, debug, and validate embedded firmware for a Teensy-based cardiac diagnostic platform. Build FreeRTOS real-time tasks, control hardware peripherals, implement UART/SPI/I2C communication with host software, and add logging and live debugging. Test firmware on hardware and in simulation, document work, and collaborate through Git-based code reviews. The role requires embedded C/C++, electronics troubleshooting, and on-site laboratory work, with medical-device and testing experience preferred.

Leads a team delivering automated end-to-end product testing across hardware, firmware, and software. Designs functional test equipment, develops component-to-system-level automation, supports board bring-up and manufacturing yield, analyzes test data, and drives root-cause analysis and design-for-test improvements. The role includes electrical system testing, tester procurement and commissioning, cross-functional design reviews, and technical mentorship.
